Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MooreRevenue website, our free audit discovery sessions, and professional engagements for custom AI voice agents, business automation pipelines, and web engineering.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or browsing this website (moorerevenue.com), booking an audit, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW) with MooreRevenue ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access our website or engage our services.

Services & Deliverables

MooreRevenue specializes in professional technology services including, but not limited to:

  • AI Voice Agent architecture, prompt design, and telephony integration (Twilio/Plivo/ElevenLabs).
  • Workflow automation pipelines (n8n, Make, custom webhooks, CRM sync).
  • WhatsApp Business API automated workflows and messaging funnels.
  • Custom website design, development, and migration (Astro, Next.js, modern web stacks).
  • Local SEO, technical search optimization, and AI Engine Optimization (AEO).

Specific deliverables, project milestones, delivery timelines, and fees are defined individually in project proposals, invoices, or written engagement contracts.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment according to the agreed terms, the client owns all final custom code, custom copy, visual branding assets, and proprietary workflow logic created specifically for their engagement.

Pre-Existing Frameworks & Open Source: MooreRevenue retains ownership of proprietary internal boilerplates, developer toolkits, or open-source scaffolding used across projects. The client receives an irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use and modify such assets as part of their delivered project.

Third-Party APIs & Ongoing Usage Costs

AI voice agents and automation pipelines depend on third-party platform providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Twilio, WhatsApp Cloud API, ElevenLabs, Vercel). Unless explicitly included in an active monthly management retainer:

  • Clients are responsible for their own third-party API accounts, usage consumption, and billing directly with those providers.
  • MooreRevenue is not responsible for outages, rate limits, price changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party APIs.

Limitation of Liability

We build and test all custom code and automations to high industry standards. However, services and software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MooreRevenue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business damages resulting from downtime, algorithm changes, or carrier disruptions.
  • Our total cumulative liability under any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to MooreRevenue under the applicable statement of work in the preceding three (3) months.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Faridabad / Haryana, India.
